7 Days prior arrival an email is sent to access the Online Check-in and ID-verification process. To receive the digital keys by smartphone and check-in directly at the apartment location, guests need comply with the following conditions before arrival:
1) Payment in full
2) Successful Online Check-in and ID-verification.
What if this doesn’t work?
The keys are at a reception at Zoutkeetsgracht 116, 1013 LC Amsterdam, Nederland, 1013 LC, Amsterdam.
Check-in time starts from 2PM.

Please note that bedlinen, 1 small and 1 large towel are provided. When staying for 8 nights or longer, these will be refreshed once.

Cleaning will be done once a week.

Please inform the hotel about the amount of children and their age (if applicable).

Please note that guests are kindly asked not to cause any disturbances for the neighbourhood. It must be silent after 23:00.

Noise disturbance / drug abuse on the premises can not be tolerated and may result in penalty charges or immediate eviction from the apartment without reimbursement of paid accommodation fees.

Please note that an extra bed (baby cot including high chair) is subject to availability and can be placed in the room upon request at a surcharge of EUR 50.

Please note that this accommodation does not offer air conditioning.

Please note that the accommodation has no reception. The check-in will be done fully online and requires a smartphone with internet connection in order to open the door.
