Policies

When booking for more than 10 persons, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 16.50 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People no matter the age stay for € 30 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that all Economy rooms are equipped with single beds. For each set of twin bedding, it's possible to add a double bed instead, at a surcharge of EUR 10 per night.

Please note that the following policy is applicable for the shuttle service:
- Between 08:00 and 20:00
- Subject to availability
- From and to Schiphol Airport
- From and to your company within a radius of 8 km
- Additional costs will apply

Please note that in order to use the shuttle service reservation is needed at least 2 hours before departure time.

Pets are only allowed after agreement by the hotel at additional costs. Please contact the Hotel De Rustende Jager.
