Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

No parking available.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
People 3 years old and over stay for € 75 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Hotel TwentySeven - Small Luxury Hotels of the World in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note, the hotel hotel doesn't come with a private car park. Alternatively, guests can park at these two public car parks:
1. de Bijenkorf (Max. clearance 1.80 metres, satnav address Beursplein 15. Car park fee €55/24 hours)
2. Rokin (Max. clearance 2 metres, satnav address Rokin 67. Car park fee at €63/24 hours) and it's within 2 minutes walking distance to the hotel.
Upon arrival in Amsterdam, it's adviseable to park the car right away unless you'd like to drive around the city
