: Disgusting!
: This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in and I got a bed with hairs and stains all over it. The bed was made, and I didn't suspect that the comforter was unwashed (because no hotel makes dirty comforter for new guests) until I got ready for bed after showering. When I pulled back the covers, I found a lot of other people's hair, even male leg hair! I immediately went downstairs to look for help, but they did not have a 24-hour front desk as they indicated on Booking.com, only a security guard said that the front desk was closed and told me to go back to my room and come again the next morning. The next morning I went to the front desk to report this situation, the attitude of the staff were very bad, insisting that it was my hair. Thats completely chicanery. I kept the hairs found on the quilt untouched as evidence, and the hairs are in totally different colors from mine. My hair is blonde and the hairs found is black. Even so, they still blamed me after they got caught, the reason is I didn't check the quilt was clean at the first place, so they insisted it could be my fault. This is absolutely ridiculous! And they said they wont take responsibility, because I had not asked for a staff member to deal with it, but the problem was that the front desk was empty at night and I could not find any staff member. Their meaning is that unless I sleep on the street, as long as the customer go back to the room, they're not going to be responsible for the poor sanitary conditions and services anyway, which is very infuriating. I also made complaint to the customer centre at Booking.com, when the customer service representative approached the hotel personnel, they kept quibbling and refusing to provide any compensation. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, it's just disgusting, both the facilities and the service.
