WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 4 per hour.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 15 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 350 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out.
Cityden Residences Rijksmuseum are located at different addresses in Amsterdam and do not have a reception. Please read carefully what the address is of your Cityden Residences Rijksmuseum apartment.

Cityden Residences Rijksmuseum will contact you 2 weeks prior to your arrival (via e-mail) to arrange the check-in process. Your private check-in is free of charge until 18.00. A late check in is only possible upon prior confirmation by the hotel and a additional fee of EUR 25. An additional charge of EUR 50 is applied for a check-in after 23:00 .

Bedlinen, towels, free Wi-Fi, toiletries and 24/7 support are included.

Please note that the apartments are located in historical buildings without a lift.

Please note that guests are kindly asked not to cause any disturbances for the neighbourhood. It must be silent after 23:00. Noise disturbance / drug abuse on the premises can not be tolerated and may result in penalty charges or immediate eviction from the apartment without reimbursement of paid accommodation fees.

Please note that the name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder's name. In case guests have booked the reservation with another credit card than their own, please contact the reservations department of the hotel.

Please note that no linen is provided for the baby bed.
