Policies

When booking more than 3 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 6 per hour.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People no matter the age stay for € 55 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please note, that the property has steep stairs in a building without a lift. Guests can request a room on a lower floor (subject to availability) by using the Special Requests Box or by contacting the property directly by using the contact details provided on the confirmation.

Please note, that in accordance with our cancellation policy, Alp Hotel Amsterdam will block the amount required for your stay on your credit card 5 days prior to your arrival. Please provide a valid credit card under your name. If the credit card of a third party is used, please contact the hotel beforehand.

Please note, that upon check-in all guests are required to provide a valid photo ID.

Please note that different cancellation policies apply to bookings of 3 rooms or more.

A late check-out until 13:00 hours upon request is possible at a surcharge of EUR 10 per hour.

Children up to 2 years stay at Alp Hotel Amsterdam free of charge. Please note the small Twin room does not accommodate a baby cot. Please request a baby cot in the special request box or by contacting the property directly. This is subject to availability.

The hotel offers a pick-up shuttle service from the airport to the hotel for EUR 45 and a shuttle from the hotel to the airport for EUR39. Please book these services by contacting the hotel directly. The requests are subjected to availability.
